R-134-05 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2119 PASSED AND ADOPTED <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ON THE SIXTH DAY OF <br />DECEMBER 1960, TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL THROUGH STREETS AND <br />STOP INTERSECTIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, circumstances occurred this limits the visibility of motorists on "O" Street <br />at the intersection of 9th Street. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 21.366 "O" Street approaching 9`h Street from the east and west <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />" . 6""', <br />CAROLINA P.
