R-135-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2006 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton will enter into an agreement with LSA Associates, <br />Incorporated, in the amount not to exceed $26,900, for the Endangered Species Act (ESA) <br />Section 7 Consultation professional services to prepare a biological assessment related to <br />the Delhi -Sands Flower -Loving Fly (DSF); and <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be <br />by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton hereby approves and accepts <br />the agreement with LSA Associates, Incorporated, for professional biologist services to <br />prepare a biological assessment related to the Delhi -Sands Flower -Loving Fly. As a result, <br />the 2005-2006 Fiscal Year Budget is hereby amended, increasing the Expenditure Account <br />100-6020-6020-2350 (Professional Services) in the amount of $26,900. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18'h day of October, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
