R-136-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FICAL <br />YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING JUNE <br />30, 2006 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2005 and ending June 30,2006 was approved and adopted June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 16, 2005, Ordinance 0-06-05 became effective, <br />approving the cable television franchise agreement with Adelphia Communications which <br />requires an account to be established; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It is necessary to approve and accept the ongoing PEG (Public, <br />Educational, and Government) support in the amount totaling $42,000 to the Revenue <br />Account 100-5306-000. <br />SECTION 2. It is necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/06 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, appropriating funds to account number 100-1000-1150-3890 for $42,000. <br />herein. <br />SECTION 3.
