R-137-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />CONSIDER A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF <br />THE WATER/WASTEWATER UNIT AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of ineetings <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the International <br />Brotherhood of Electrical Workers representing the Water/Wastewater unit held pursuant to <br />Government Code section 3500 et. Seq. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />marked as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made part hereof and <br />adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as <br />of July 1, 2004, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1s' day of November, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />, <br />; <br />`�, <br />ll�i' �. . <br />CAROLINA P.
