R-141-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 TO INCLUDE THE COLTON MUSEUM RESTORATION <br />PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the City's <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Colton Museum Restoration Project be budgeted for as follows: <br />Increase account number 457-6800-6842-3890 by $29,937 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 1s` DAY OF NOVEMBER 2005. <br />/ <br />- <br />-DMayor <br />ATTEST: <br />\ .- A, d Ct u� d-rtinJ �` tL� 4a f <br />CAROLINA P.
