R-142-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 TO INCLUDE THE LA CADENA BRIDGE PROJECT AND <br />BUDGET THE PROP 42 FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the La Cadena Bridge Project be budgeted for as follows: <br />To show funding from the State of California: <br />(1) Budget revenue in fund 212 for fiscal year 2005/2006 in the amount of $256,000 <br />anticipated Prop. 42 funds <br />To appropriated Prop. 42 funds for the La Cadena Bridge Project: <br />(2) Increase account number 212-8102-450 by $70,848 <br />(3)Increase 450-8101-212 account by $70,848 <br />(4) Increase account number 450-0611-6910-3890 by $70,848 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 1•' DAY OF NOVEMBER 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P. <br />City Clerk <br />/ <br />�� •��I L�, .' <br />
