R-143-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006, TO INCLUDE <br />THE FIRE STATION NO. 1 REMODEL PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the City's <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Fire Station No. 1 Remodel be budgeted for in the following manner: <br />Increasing the available budget in account number 450-0610-6975-3890 by $60,000 <br />Increase the Transfer Out account 250-8102-450 by $60,000 <br />Increasing the Transfer In account 450-8101-250 by $60,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 1st DAY OF NOVEMBER 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P. <br />City Clerk <br />A %i a <br />'D' <br />Mayor <br />
