R-148-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2006. WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commending July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005, and; WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State, and; WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, California authorizes entering into the State of California Agreement CPRE - 5286 providing for a cost of living increase to the current State of California, Department of Education Grant for pre-school childcare services in the amount of $6,535. SECTION 2: City Council authorizes the City Manager to sign all applicable documents to execute this contract adjustment. SECTION 3: City Council authorizes the following budget adjustments to the approved Childcare Fund Budget in the Community Services Department. Revenue Account 206-5776 shall increase by $6,535 Expenditure Account 206-7200-7203-2305 shall increase by $2,000 Expenditure Account 206-7200-7203-2310 shall increase by $2,000 Expenditure Account 206-7200-7203-2400 shall increase by $2,535 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15`h day of November 2005.
