R-149-05 <br />AMENDING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF COLTON FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006, was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing revenue account number 100-6778 by $200,000 and increase <br />appropriations to account numbers 100-6070-6071-1010 by $50,000, 100-6070-6071-1040 by <br />$15,000, 100-6070-6071-2300 by $3,000, 100-6070-6071-5990 by $40,000, and 100-6070- <br />6071-2400 by $10,000. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted, and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
