I RESOLUTION NO. R-150-05 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />3 AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING <br />4 JULY 30, 2006. <br />5 WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2005 <br />6 and ending June 30, 2006, was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />7 WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />8 City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />9 WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />10 made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />11 approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />12 <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />14 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />15 SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal Year <br />16 Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account numbers: <br />17 225-6070-6088-1010, 225-6070-6088-1100, and 225-6070-6088-2301; and increasing the Police <br />18 Revenue Account 225-5880 in the amount of $100,000.00 plus interest. <br />19 <br />20 SECTION 2.
