R-152-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006, TO INCLUDE THE CENTER STREET EXTENSION <br />PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />City's infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Center Street Extension be budgeted for in the following manner: <br />• Increase Transfers Out in account 218-8102-450 by $1,116,831 <br />• Increase Transfers In, in account 450-8101-218 by $1,116,831 <br />• Increase budget in account number 450-0614-6970-3890 by $1,116,831. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF DECEMBER 2005. <br />ATT T: <br />CAROLINA P.
