R-159-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006, INCREASING THE BUDGET FOR THE DISTRICT 5&6 CIP <br />PROJECT AND 2005-2006 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$75,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation to this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVED that the budget for the District 5&6 CIP project be increased in the <br />amount of $75,000 as follows: <br />Increase in account 218-8102-457 by $75,000 <br />• Increase in account 457-8101-218 by $75,000 <br />Increase in account 457-6613-6400-3890 by $75,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6`" DAY OF DECEMBER 2005. <br />DEIRDRE <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />P.
