R-16-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR COLTON-SAN BERNARDINO <br />BIKEWAY PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT, <br />AND BUDGETING THE AWARDED AMOUNT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of these <br />projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Program Supplement Agreement No. <br />004-M for Colton -San Bernardino Bikeway Project, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved and the City Manager to sign <br />the Agreement and any future Supplement Agreement not substantively inconsistent <br />with this agreement for the Project. Additionally, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />approves the City to go forward and budget an additional $255,000 for the Project as <br />follows: <br />• Increase account 457-8101 by $255,000, <br />• Increase account 225-5882 by $255,000 and <br />• Increase account 457-9165-6951-3890 by $255,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVEDD ADOPTED THIS 1st DAY OF MARCH 2005. <br />834DRDRE H.
