Execution of Documents. The City Manager, on behalf of the City, is <br />hereby authorized to execute the Settlement and Release Agreement between the City of <br />Colton, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and Colton Non -Profit Inc., upon <br />receipt of executed Release of Claims from each person who is a resident and/or a lessee of <br />Colton Palms, but in no event earlier than 30 days after the Agency's adoption of the <br />Replacement Housing Plan. <br />Section 2. Other Acts. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />take any action necessary to effectuate the terms of the Settlement Agreement upon its <br />effective date. <br />Section 3.
