R-33-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2004 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2005 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005 was approved and adopted on <br />June 28, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make an amendment to the <br />2004/2005 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing allocations in the Donation Revenue <br />Account, the Hutton Community Center Expenditure Account, and the Community <br />Events Expenditure Account in the General Fund Budget for the Community Services <br />Department. Expenditure Account number 100-6200-6212-2301 shall be increased <br />by $3,000, Expenditure Account number 100-6200-6214-2301 shall be increased by <br />$6,800, and Revenue Account number 100-6745 shall be increased by $9,800. <br />herein. <br />SECTION 2.
