R-39-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE COMPENSATION RATE FOR <br />FULL TIME CLASSIFICATIONS AND AMEND RESOLUTION NO. R-06- <br />05 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the Sate of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires to establish the full <br />time position of Electric Utility Project Manager. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />That R-06-05, establishing the full time Pay and Classification Plan for the City <br />of Colton is hereby amended by adding the following classification: <br />Electric Utility Project Manager 273 <br />Salary Grade A B C D E <br />$5,145 $5,402 $5,672 $5,957 $6,254 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF APRIL 2005. <br />/1 n <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
