1 RESOLUTION NO. R-65-05 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) <br />3 BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004/2005 TO INCLUDE <br />4 WASHINGTON/RECHE CANYON/HUNTS LANE INTERSECTION <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br />5 <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />6 <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />7 <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />8 <br />9 made by the City Manager and amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />10 approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />11 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />12 <br />SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an amendment to the 2004/2005 <br />13 Fiscal year Budget, adding Wash ington/Reche Canyon/Hunts Lane Intersection Improvement <br />Project and budgeting it as follows: <br />14 <br />15 Increase the following accounts: <br />16 450-8101-225 by $500,000 <br />450-0543-6970-3890 by $100,000 <br />17 450-0543-6983-3890 by $400,000 <br />225-8102-450 by $400,000 <br />18 <br />Decrease the following accounts: <br />19 <br />457-8101-218 by $100,000 <br />20 457-6606-6400-3890 by $100,000. <br />21 SECTION 2.
