R-66-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2005 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2006 <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager and amendments (increases/decreases) to the <br />Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an amendment to the <br />2004/2005 Fiscal year Budget, adding Slurry Seal Project — Phase IV and Phase V to <br />CIP Projects for FY 05-06 and allocating $267,000 and $234,176.00 from unallocated <br />Measure I Fund to account number 450-0519-6970-3890 and 450-0520-6970-3890 to <br />cover the cost of the project. <br />SECTION 2.
