Approval of Lease Agreement. The Lease Agreement is hereby <br />approved. The Mayor or the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, attest and deliver said Lease Agreement for, in the name. of, and on <br />behalf of the City in the form hereby approved, with such changes as the City Manager and <br />City Attorney may approve, such approval to be conclusively evidenced by the execution and <br />delivery thereof. <br />Section 3. Other Acts. The Mayor, the other members of the City Council, the City <br />Clerk, and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed, jointly and severally, to do <br />any and all things, and to execute and deliver any and all documents which may be deemed <br />necessary or advisable in order to consummate the Lease Agreement or otherwise to <br />effectuate the purposes of this Resolution, and any such actions previously taken by such <br />officers are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />Section 4.
