R-70-05 <br />3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />4 AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2004 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2005 <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />7 commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005 was approved and adopted on <br />8 June 28, 2004; and <br />9 WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />10 <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />11 <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />12 <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />13 <br />14 the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />15 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />16 <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make an amendment to the <br />17 2004/2005 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing allocations in the Donation Revenue <br />Account and the Community Events Expenditure Account in the General Fund Budget <br />18 for the Community Services Department. Expenditure Account number 100-6200- <br />6214-2300 shall be increased by $2,500 and Revenue Account number 100-6745 <br />19 shall be increased by $2,500. <br />20 SECTION 2.
