1 RESOLUTION NO. R-74-05 <br />2 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />3 CALIFORNIA AMENDING AND/OR APPROVING THE ANNUAL <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING <br />4 MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2, FISCAL YEAR <br />5 2005/2006. <br />6 The City Council of the City of Colton, California (hereinafter referred to as the "City <br />7 Council") does resolve as follows: <br />8 WHEREAS, the City Council has by previous Resolutions ordered the preparation of <br />9 the Engineer's Annual Levy Report (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") for the district <br />10 known and designated as the "Colton Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment <br />11 <br />District No. 2" (hereinafter referred to as the "District") for fiscal year commencing July 1, <br />12 <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006 pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting <br />13 <br />Act of 1972, being Part 2 Division 15, of the Street and Highways Code of the State of <br />14 <br />California, beginning with Section 22500 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"); and <br />15 <br />16 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council the Report as required by <br />17 Chapter 3, Section 22623 of said Act and as previously directed by Resolution; and, <br />18 WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as <br />19 presented and is satisfied with each of the items and documents as set forth therein and is <br />20 satisfied that the levy has been spread in accordance with the benefits received from the <br />21 improvements, operation, maintenance and services to be preformed, as set forth in said <br />22 Report. <br />23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY <br />24 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA FOR COLTON LANDSCAPE AND <br />LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.2 AS FOLLOWS: <br />25 <br />Section 1 The above recitals are true and correct. <br />26 <br />Section 2 The Report as presented consists of the following: <br />27 a. A Description of the District and Improvements; <br />28 b. The Annual Budget (Costs and Expenses of Services, Operations and <br />Maintenance); <br />1 <br />
