R-79-05 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 <br />WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING CHILD CARE AND <br />DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PERTINENT DOCUMENTS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino <br />County, California, hereby authorizes entering into local agreement number CLTK- <br />5076, and that the persons who are listed below are authorized to sign the applicable <br />documents for the entity to effectuate the City Council's authorization of this <br />agreement. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />L10 - <br />CAROLINA P.
