R-81-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION R-47-03 AND UPDATING THE "CONSOLIDATED <br />COMPENSATION DOCUMENT" FOR THE EXECUTIVE UNIT AND <br />RENAMING SAID DOCUMENT TO "CONSOLIDATED COMPENSATION AND <br />BENEFITS AGREEMENT FOR THE EXECUTIVE UNIT". <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Human Resources Department previously combined all <br />"Consolidated Compensation" documents revising R-47-03 and at this time the City of Colton <br />amends Resolution R-47-03; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Human Resources Department has renamed the <br />document to "Consolidated Compensation and Benefits Agreement for the Executive Unit"; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of meetings <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Executive Unit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Unit has reviewed the attached Consolidated Compensation <br />and Benefits Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Human Resources Department has added four exempt <br />positions: Assistant Finance Director, Community Services Director, Principal Management <br />Analyst, and Library Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Human Resources Department has removed four <br />exempt positions: Parks, Recreation and Family Services Director, Child Care Director, City <br />Librarian, and Assistant to the City Manager; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Consolidated Compensation and <br />Benefits Agreement for the Executive Unit marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />Reso Final Reso Amend 47-03 Exec Consolidated Comp Reso 061305 (3) <br />
