R-92-05 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-73-05 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005, AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006, was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, appropriating funds to account number 261-6070-6082-4910 from the <br />police department's Federal Asset Forfeiture Account for the purchase an Armored Rescue <br />Vehicle. The capital expenditure from account 261-6070-6082-4910 will be in an amount not <br />to exceed $213,829.15 and will decrease the unappropriated account balance in the Federal <br />Asset Forfeiture Account. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted, and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
