R-104-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />ACCEPTING ARTICLE III FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $245,000; AMENDING THE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) AND CIP BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 06/07 <br />TO INCLUDE THE 10TH STREET AND `G' STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the 10th and `G' Street Improvement Project grant funds are budgeted <br />as follows: <br />1) Increase account number 225-5880 by $245,000 <br />2) Increase account number 225-8102-457 by $245,000 <br />3) Increase account number 457-8101-225 by $245,000 <br />4) Increase account number 457-9165-6986-3890 by $245,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 1gt DAY OF AUGUST 2006. <br />J 1,4 t 14,1, %-ff 4Lne�A <br />DEIRDRE H.
