The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby approve and adopt the <br />proposed amendments to the conflict of Interest Code, specifically, the <br />"Designated Positions" identified as Appendix "A" attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, and the "Disclosure Categories" identified as Appendix <br />"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. The City Council does declare that Resolution No. R-146-04 is repealed. <br />3. The City Council does ordain that all sections or portions of Resolution No <br />R-18-88 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby adopt, incorporate by <br />reference and make a part hereof, any and all amendments to California <br />Code of Regulations Section 18730, as approved and adopted by the Fair <br />Political Practices Commission. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 1St day of August 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
