ADOPTION OF SANBAG TRAFFIC MITIGATION FEES. The City <br />Council hereby adopts the Traffic Mitigation Fees attached hereto as Exhibit "B", Table 4 to this <br />Resolution. City Council may update its Traffic Mitigation Fees yearly to accommodate <br />construction cost escalation based on Caltrans construction cost index, as approved and <br />adopted. <br />SECTION 4: CEQA FINDINGS. The City Council hereby finds and determines <br />that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that this Resolution may have a <br />significant adverse effect on the environment. Thus, the adoption of this Resolution is exempt <br />from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ <br />21000 et seg.) ("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. This <br />resolution merely establishes authority for the collection of development impact fees. Staff is <br />directed to file a Notice of Exemption with the San Bernardino County Clerk's Office within five <br />(5) working days of the adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5: EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall become effective sixty <br />(60) days after its adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
