R-119-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2006-2007, BUDGETING THE MALIBU COURT STORM DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT USING TRAFFIC CONGESTION RELIEF FUNDS <br />(PROPOSITION 42) AND INCREASING THE FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 CIP BUDGET IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $170,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that CIP budget the Malibu Court Storm Drainage Improvement Project <br />with Traffic Congestion Relief Funds totaling $170,000 as follows: <br />1. To show funding from the State of California: <br />a. Budget revenue in fund 212 for fiscal years 2003/2004 and 2004/2005 <br />in the amount of $373,953. <br />2. To appropriate Proposition 42 funds for the Malibu Court Storm Drainage <br />Project: <br />a. Increase account number 212-8102-450 by $170,000 <br />b. Increase account 450-8101-212 by $170,000 <br />c.
