R-121-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 11 2006 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 309 2007 <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years commencing <br />July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted on June 20, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager and amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an amendment to the 2006/2007 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, adjusting the City Manager's budget and draw from reserves. These <br />changes are needed to cover Colton's share of the first year budget for the San Bernardino <br />Valley Enterprise Zone. Colton's share is approximately $56,562. <br />SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF August 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
