R-122-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />2006-2007 INCREASING THE LIBRARY EXPANSION PROJECT BUDGET BY $8,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Library Expansion Project budget be increased as follows: <br />Decrease budgetary fund balance in fund 250 by $12,000 <br />Increase account 250-8102-450 by $12,000 <br />Increase account 450-8101-250 by $12,000 <br />Increase account 450-0538-6975-3890 by $12,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2006. <br />fj�.A �A,111 <br />DEIRDRE H.
