R-130-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />2006-2007 INCREASING THE INDIVIDUAL PROJECT BUDGETS AS FOLLOWS: <br />CBDG PROJECT 104-31305/2726 BY $13,000, THE RANCHO MILL 6T" STREET <br />PROJECT BY $24,500, AND RANCHO MILL 7T" STREET PROJECT BY $259500. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the funding for the CDBG Project 104-31305/2627, Rancho Mill 6th Street and <br />Rancho Mill 7th Street Projects be increased as follows: <br />1. CDBG Project 104-31305/2767 <br />Increase account 250-8102-215 by $13,000 <br />Increase account 215-8101-250 by $13,000 <br />Increase account 215-0602-6920-3890 by $13,000 <br />2. 6th Street Project <br />Increase account 240-8102-450 by $24,500 <br />Increase account 450-8101-240 by $24,500 <br />Increase account 450-0501-6940-3890 by $24,500 <br />3. 7th Street Project <br />Increase account 240-8102-450 by $25,500 <br />Increase account 450-8101-240 by $25,500 <br />Increase account 450-0512-6940-3890 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19" DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
