The increased fees set forth in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, do not exceed the actual or estimated reasonable <br />costs to the City of providing the services to which the fees relate and do not exceed the <br />legal limits established in California Civic Code section 1719, subdivision (a)(1). <br />6. The increased fees are necessUry to enable the City to continue to <br />provide the services to which they relate at costs which do not require the City's General <br />Fund to substantially subsidize the services. <br />7. The increased fees set forth in Exhibit "A" are hereby approved and <br />adopted as the official fees of the City of Colton for the services referenced in Exhibit "A." <br />8. This Resolution shall repeal any other resolutions or portions thereof to <br />the extent that such resolutions or portions thereof aloe in conflict with this Resolution. <br />9.
