R-136-06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2006 <br />AND ENDING JUNE 305 2007 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Calton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approves and adopted on June 20, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re4location of appropriations between department activities may be <br />made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the Cite Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2006/2007 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, increasing the Appropriations in the Fire Department Account Number 225-6090-6091- <br />4930 in the amount of $18,122.00. Revenue in Accc unt Number 225-5879 will be increased in <br />the amount of $18,122.00. <br />SECTION 2.
