R-138-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA INCREASING THE "BUDGET AND CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $80,000 AND BUDGETING THE ANTICIPATED <br />TRAFFIC CONGESTION RELIEF FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the :Mate of California ("City"), <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE., THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the La Cadena Bridge Project budget be increased as follows.. <br />To appropriated Prop. 42 funds for the La Cadena Bridge Project: <br />Increase account number 212-8102-450 by $80,000 <br />Increase 450-8101-2.12 account by $80,000 <br />Increase account number 450-0611-6910-3890 by $.80,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd [SAY OF OCTOBER 2006. <br />DEIRD;E H.
