R-146-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING FY 2006-2007 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET TO: <br />INCREASE THE COOLEY MODULAR PROJECT BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2006 <br />and ending June 30, 2007 was approved on June 20, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shal! be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the City's <br />infrastructure and aesthetic qualities; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the budget for the Cooley Modular Project be increased in the following <br />manner: <br />Increase the available budget in account number 215-0511-6920-3890 by $50,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7 1 DAY OF NOVEMBER 2006. <br />dT4- <br />DEIRDRE H.
