R-153-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING FY 2006-2007 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET TO: THE <br />RIVERSIDE AVENUE REHABILITATION PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $225,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2006 <br />and ending June 30, 2007 was approved on June 20, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the City's <br />infrastructure and aesthetic qualities; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the budget for the Riverside Avenue Rehabilitation Project be appropriated <br />funding in the following manner: <br />1) Increase account 212-8102-450 by $225,000 <br />2) Increase account 450-8101-212 by $225,000 <br />3) Increase account 450-0716-6910-3890 by $225,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21St DAY OF NOVEMBER 2006. <br />Pt,ITEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
