R-168-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 CAPITAL IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM <br />BUDGET TO INCREASE THE FUNDING ALLOCATION FOR THE CITY HALL REMODEL <br />PROJECT PHASE IV BY $33,610.35. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July <br />1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved on June 20, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving <br />City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the City Hall Phase IV budgeted be increased as follows: <br />1) Increase account 220-8102-450 by $33,610.35 <br />2) Increase account 450-0620-6999-3890 by $33,610.35 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF DECEMBER <br />I�" <br />KELLY J C ASTAIN, Mayor <br />ATTE <br />CAROLINA R.
