R-17-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2006 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years commencing <br />July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005-06 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, adjusting various revenue and expenditure accounts as identified in Exhibit A. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16 1h day of February, 2006. <br />".2 <br />DEIRDRE H.
