R-33-06 <br />3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />4 2005/2006 AND INCREASING THE CIP BUDGET TO INCLUDE THE LA CADENA <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AVALLEY <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN <br />5 THE AMOUNT OF $ <br />6 <br />7 WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />8 existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />10 street infrastructure; and <br />1 t WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />12 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />13 RESOLVE that the La Cadena Improvements Project and the Pepper and Valley <br />Improvements Project be budgeted for as follows: <br />14 <br />15 To appropriated Prop. 42 funds for the La Cadena Improvements Project: <br />16 1) Increase account 212-8102-450 by $50,000 <br />17 2) Increase account 450-8101-212 by $50,000 <br />3) Increase account 450-0632-6910-3890 by $50,000 <br />18 <br />To appropriate Prop. 42 funds for the Pepper and Valley Improvements Project: <br />19 <br />1) Increase account 212-8102-450 by $94,904 <br />20 2) Increase account 450-8101-212 by $94,904 <br />3) Increase account 450-0633-6910-3890 by $94,904 <br />21 <br />22 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2151 <br />DAY OF MARCH 2006. <br />23 Lc�/ !]f/� �24DEIRDRE H.
