R-34-06 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />3 CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE CIP TO INCLUDE THE TRENCH <br />REPAIR ON VARIOUS STREETS PROJECT AND INCREASE THE CIP <br />4 BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 IN THE AMOUNT OF $782,000. <br />5 WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />6 <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />7 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />8 <br />infrastructure; Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the aesthetics of the <br />9 <br />10 <br />City. <br />11 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />12 COLTON DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />13 1. $701,558 of the Trench Repair on Various Streets Project <br />14 be made available in account 521-8100-8106-3890 <br />15 2. $80,442 of the Trench Repair on Various Streets Project be <br />16 made available in account 450-0634-6960-3890 with the <br />17 <br />following general entries: <br />18 <br />a. Increase account 100-8102-450 by $80,442 <br />19 <br />b. Increase account 450-8101-100 by $80,442 <br />20 <br />c.
