Furthermore, No problems or issue has been identified that <br />requires Board reconfiguration, and no new benefits or air quality improvements are going to <br />arise from expanding the Board. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25`h day of April, 2006. <br />aha <br />DEIRDRE H.
