10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />is <br />19 <br />2C <br />21 <br />22 <br />2? <br />2z <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton does <br />hearby: <br />Affirm its continuing commitment to the projects submitted for inclusion in the 2006/2007 <br />Regional Transportation Improvement Program by their incorporation into the City's Capital <br />Improvement Program. <br />Commit that the City, as Lead Agency for the project, will carry out the projects consistent <br />with the project implementation schedule. <br />Certify that the City will enter into a contract with SANBAG committing that it will carry out the <br />projects identified as transportation control measures (TCM) in the South Coast Air Basin <br />consistent with the project implementation schedule. <br />Certify that the City will allocate the necessary local match funds contained within the projects <br />to carry out any federally approved project. <br />Certify that the City, as the Lead Agency, will comply with applicable provisions of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Americans <br />with Disabilities Act, the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology <br />and Historic Preservation, and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and <br />regulations. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF MAY 2006. <br />I � <br />DEIRDRE H.
