R-63-06 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLUTION TO GRANT ANOTHER <br />DESIGNATED PERIOD FOR TWO YEARS ADDITIONAL SERVICE CREDIT FOR AN <br />ELIGIBLE MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is a contracting Public Agency of the <br />Public Employee's Retirement System; and <br />WHEREAS, said Public Agency desires to provide another designated period for Two <br />Years of Additional Service Credit, Government Code Section 20903 and 7507, based on <br />contract amendment included in said contract that provided for Section 20903, Two Years <br />Additional Service Credit, for an eligible Miscellaneous Member; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does seek to add <br />another designated period and does hereby authorize this Resolution, indicating a desire to <br />add a designated period from July 3 2006 to October 2, 2006 for an eligible local <br />Miscellaneous Member in the following position: <br />MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER: <br />Public Works Crew Leader — Public Works Department <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June 2006. <br />ATTEST: (iv <br />CAROLINA P.
