R-66-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) TO DELETE THE 3-5 <br />COMPREHENSIVE STORM DRAIN PHASE I PROJECT AND ADD THE 3-5 <br />COMPREHENSIVE STORM DRAIN PHASE 111 PROJECT AND AMEND THE CIP BUDGET <br />TO REDIRECT THE FUNDING FOR PHASE I OF THE 3-5 STORM DRAIN PROJECT FOR <br />PHASE III AND INCREASE THE CIP BUDGET BY $600,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the 3-5 Comprehensive Storm Drain Project Phase I be deleted from the <br />Fiscal Year 2005/2006 CIP and the 3-5 Comprehensive Storm Drain Project Phase III be <br />budgeted as follows: <br />Redirect funds budgeted for Phase I to Phase III of Project 3-5, which are currently available <br />in the following accounts: <br />754-6632-6850-3890 $871,963.00 <br />450-6632-6985-3890 $ 16,000.00 <br />450-6632-6980-3890 $576,000.00 <br />450-6632-6987-3890 $205,000.00 <br />Increase the funding available in account 450-6632-6985-3890 as follows: <br />Decrease budgetary fund balance in fund 734 by $600,000 <br />Increase account 734-8102-450 by $600,000 <br />Increase account 450-8101-734 by $600,000 <br />Increase account 450-6632-6985-3890 by $600,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 61h DAY <br />11cOF,JUUNE 2006. <br />0 a 0 'I � n <br />DEIRDRE H.
