Accordingly, the City Council hereby consents to <br />the use and application of such Agency tax increment Revenues to pay for the cost of the <br />construction and installation of each of the Public Improvement Projects in accordance with <br />this Resolution. <br />Section 5. The City of Colton further finds and determines that each Public <br />Improvement Project is of benefit to the Rancho Mill Project Area or the immediate <br />neighborhood in which the project is located. <br />Section 6.
