R-17-07 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 CAPITAL IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM <br />BUDGET TO INCREASE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR CDBG PROJECT 104-32105/2901 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,000 AND CDBG PROJECT 104-32205/2900 IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$5,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July <br />1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved on June 20, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving <br />City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the CDBG Project 104-32105/2901 and 104-32205/2900 be amended <br />as follows: <br />Project 104-32105/2901 <br />1) Increase expense account 215-0701-6920-3890 by $25,000 <br />Project 104-32205/2900 <br />2) Increase account 240-8102-450 by $5,000 <br />3) Increase account 450-0702-6940-3890 by $5,000 <br />4) Increase account 240-8101-240 by $5,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2007. <br />" ul*,� <br />KELLY C ASTAIN, Mayor <br />ATT T: <br />CAROLINA R.
