R-26-07 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2006 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2007 <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years commencing <br />July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted on June 20, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBYRESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2006/07 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, adjusting the Channel 3 System Replacement Project account. These changes <br />are needed to cover the cost of the project beyond which it was budgeted at. The total cost <br />of the project including a 5% contingency is $185,362.34 against a budget of $179,513.25 in <br />account 100-1000-1150-3890. Increase account number 100-1000-1150-3890 and reduce <br />general fund by $5,849.09 for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th day of February 2007. <br />KELLY J.
