R-30-07 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2006 AND ENDING JUNE 30, <br />2007 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years <br />commencing <br />July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted on June 20, 2006; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBYRESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2006-07 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, adjusting various revenue and expenditure accounts as identified <br />in Exhibit A. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2007. <br />—" I 6/1,1� <br />KELLY J.
