R-64-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ACCEPTING THE COUNTY OF SAN <br />BERNARDINO, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, <br />HEALTHY COMMUNITIES PROGRAM GRANT AND <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2006 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2007 <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino has approved a grant through the <br />Department of Public Health, Healthy Communities Program in the amount of <br />$10,100 for the Community Services Department - Recreation Division, Healthy <br />Colton Program, and; <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for the fiscal year commencing <br />July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted, and; <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget <br />shall be by approval and resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City of Colton hereby accepts the County of San <br />Bernardino, Department of Public Health, grant in the amount of $10,100, for the <br />Colton Community Services Department, "Healthy Colton" Program. <br />SECTION 2: The General Fund budget for fiscal year 2006-07 is hereby <br />amended, increasing totaling revenue account number 225-5880-000 by $10,100. <br />Expenditures will be drawn from 225-6200-6202-2301 and 225-6200-6202-2350 to <br />reflect the acceptance of said grant funding. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2007. <br />KELLY OASTAIN, <br />ATT T: <br />or <br />CAROLINA PADILLA, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
