The Property possesses wildlife and habitat values (collectively, "conservation <br />values") of great importanceto Grantor, Grantee, and the people of the State of California and <br />the United States. <br />C This Conservation Easement Deed is being executed and delivered pursuant to the <br />gum <br />Q.a�ph- <br />ut?eSnserav4 k agreement dated ;(the "Conservation <br />Instrument"), whereby conservation requirements may be satisfied through establishment of a <br />conservation easement on the Property, including all attachments, amendments, and the Habitat <br />Enhancement and Management Plan ("HEMP") incorporated in the Conservation Instrument, <br />and which documents are incorporated herein by reference; any and all reference herein to the <br />Conservation Instrument shall be construed to include reference to any incorporated HEMP, <br />which shall provide conservation requirements for this Conservation Easement should the <br />Conservation Instrument terminate for any reason. <br />
